Howse Williams (“HW”), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, on 27 June 2025, advised the placing agents, Haitong International Securities, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong), Sun Securities and GEO Securities, as the Hong Kong legal counsel, on the HK$146 million top up placing of shares of Synagistics Limited (stock code: 2562).

Synagistics is a Singapore-based AI, big data and digital solutions company and is recognised for completing the first ever de-SPAC transaction in Hong Kong. It is one of the top digital solutions providers in Southeast Asia and has provided its data-driven commerce platform Synagie to over 600 enterprises and renowed brands in the Southeast Asian market. 

The HW team was led by corporate partners, Brian Ho and Yvonne Zhang. The team had lead responsibility for legal documentation and general transaction management.
