HW advises on the IPO of Dashan Education Holdings Limited

Dashan is a leading primary and secondary after-school education service provider in Henan Province, the PRC. Dashan focuses on the provision of OMO (online-merge-offline) after-school education services which supplement primary and secondary school students' regular English, Chinese, Mathematics and other curriculum at school. As at the date of the IPO, Dashan had 80 self-operated teaching centres, among which 79 of them were located in Zhengzhou and one of them was located in Xinxiang.

The HW team was led by partner, Christopher Yu. He was supported by partner Stephen Leung, senior associate Cherry Tang, associates Bridget Chan and Vivian Chik. The team had lead responsibility on the drafting of prospectus and other legal documentation, providing advice on corporate and regulatory issues, communicating with the regulators and undertaking general transaction management. This is Christopher's third completed IPO in 2020.
