HW advises on the IPO of CN Logistics International Holdings Limited

Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised CMBC Capital, the sole sponsor, CMBC Securities and Yuan Tong Global Securities, the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners and CCB International, CEB International, Southwest Securities (HK), SPDB International, Zhongtai International and Elstone Securities, the joint bookrunners, as the Hong Kong legal counsel, on the HK$143 million listing of the shares of CN Logistics International Holdings Limited ("CN Logistics") on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 

Established in 1991, CN Logistics is a well-established international logistics solutions provider with core business of providing air freight forwarding services and distribution and logistics services in relation to fashion products and fine wine, primarily focusing on high-end fashion (including luxury and affordable luxury) products. CN Logistics ranked first in the distribution and logistics market for high-end fashion products in both the PRC and Hong Kong in 2019. The shares commenced trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 15 October 2020, under the stock code 2130.

The Howse Williams team was led by partners, Brian Ho and Denise Che. The team had lead responsibility on the drafting of the prospectus, in the preparation of various legal documentation, providing advice to the underwriters on corporate and regulatory issues, communicating with the regulators and undertaking general transaction management.
