HW advises Grande Capital Ltd as the sole sponsor of Wei Yuan Holdings Ltd

Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised Grande Capital Limited (the "Sponsor") as the sole sponsor of Wei Yuan Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Wei Yuan") on the HK$128 million listing of its shares on the Mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This is HW's fourth IPO in 2020.

 

The Company is a Singapore-based contractor specialising in the provision of civil engineering utilities works for almost three decades. The Company has grown from a boutique contractor engaged in power cable installation and road reinstatement works into a civil engineering utilities works provider for government and major corporates.

 

This is HW's fourth IPO in 2020.  HW is proud to have played a part in helping the Company and the Sponsor navigate through the present challenging conditions, against the backdrop of the outbreak of COVID-19. This again reaffirms our firm's capability to be innovative and solution-oriented despite difficult circumstances. The HW team would like to take this opportunity to thank the Company and the Sponsor for placing their trust and confidence in HW.
