Howse Williams is delighted to announce that Paul Haswell has joined the firm as a Partner. Paul joins Howse Williams from an international law firm.

Paul’s practice focuses on non-contentious and contentious technology work. This includes technology contracts and licensing, data privacy and cybersecurity (including compliance with applicable data protection laws), telecommunications, outsourcing, licensing, cloud and data centres. 

He also advises on “new tech” and evolving technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Paul has worked on major technology disputes that have been resolved through litigation, arbitration and mediation. 

Paul has over twenty years of experience working with dedicated technology companies as well as clients from a broad range of industries who need clear and focused advice on all things tech. He also regularly writes on issues relevant to technology and is a regular speaker at conferences.
