Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised BoardWare Intelligence Technology Limited ("BoardWare"), as the Hong Kong legal counsel, on its HK$135 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 

BoardWare is a leading a leading company in the Macau IT solutions market. It has been dedicated to providing reliable, end-to-end and high-quality enterprise IT solutions covering professional IT services and managed services, to customers which include globally renowned enterprises or bodies in TMT, gaming and hospitality and public sectors in Macau. China Tonghai Capital acted as the sole sponsor, sole global coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager. The shares commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 July 2022.

The HW team was led by partner, Brian Ho. The team had lead responsibility for reorganisation, legal documentation, corporate and regulatory issues, communication with the regulators and general transaction management.
