Howse Williams advises on the issue of new shares of Zensun Enterprises Limited under specific mandate

Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised Zensun Enterprises Limited, which shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 185) ("Zensun Enterprises") as the Hong Kong legal counsel in the issue of new shares to its controlling shareholder of approximately HK$2.8 billion which was settled by way of capitalisation of shareholder's loan and completed on 30 December 2020.

 

Zensun Enterprises is principally engaged in property development, property investment, project management and sales services and securities trading and investment.


The Howse Williams team was led by partner, Christopher Yu who was supported by associates Salina Cheung and Vivian Chik. The team had lead responsibility for legal documentation and general transaction management.
