Howse Williams advises on the IPO of ZONBONG LANDSCAPE Environmental Limited

Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised China Tonghai Capital as the sole sponsor, China Tonghai Securities as sole global coordinator, CMBC Securities, Shenwan Hongyuan, Southwest Securities and SPDB International as joint bookrunners and Central China, Eddid Securities, Elstone Securities, Realord Asia Pacific and Seazen Resources as the joint lead managers, as the Hong Kong legal counsel, on the HK$138 million listing of the shares of ZONBONG LANDSCAPE Environmental Limited ("Zonbong Landscape") on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 

Founded in 2008, Zonbong Landscape is an established service provider for landscaping and ecological restoration projects in the Three Northeast Provinces of the PRC. The Group’s footprints have covered 13 provincial-level regions encompassing, among others, Jilin, Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang. Zonbong Landscape ranked first among companies in the ecological restoration industry and second among companies in the landscaping industry in the Three Northeast Provinces in terms of revenue generated from projects located in the Three Northeast Provinces in 2019. The shares commenced trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 6 January 2021, under the stock code 1855.

 

The Howse Williams team was led by partner Heidi Lee and counsel Evan Tsang, with support from associates Crystal Huang and Samantha Hui. The team had lead responsibility on the preparation of various legal documentation, providing advice to the underwriters on corporate and regulatory issues, communicating with the regulators and undertaking general transaction management.
