Sheryl has extensive experience in commercial and corporate finance, with a practice spanning mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, equity offerings, initial public offerings (IPOs), private equity and regulatory and compliance matters.

She advises global investment banks and corporations on IPOs in Hong Kong, compliance issues for listed companies, and the issuance of convertible bonds, rights issues, and private placements.

Sheryl is a fellow member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She has been admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 2007 and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
