Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised Innosophi Company Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr. Shen Hui as the Hong Kong legal counsel in its acquisition of Chance Achieve Limited (“Chance Achieve”) from Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited, which shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 860) (the “Acquisition”). Chance Achieve is principally engaged in money lending in Hong Kong. The consideration of the Acquisition amounted to HK$408,000,000. The conditional sale and purchase agreement was executed on 30 December 2022.

The Howse Williams team was led by partner, Christopher Yu who was supported by senior associate Salina Cheung. The team participated in the legal documentation and general transaction management.
